As an Admin Junior, you will:
- Provide administrative support across departments.
- Manage files, documents, and correspondence.
- Assist with managing PODs and progress to the Bookings department.
- Develop proficiency in office software and tools.
Fleet Junior
As a Fleet Junior, you will:
- Handle paperwork filing and data entry on spreadsheets.
- Raise and process purchase order invoices.
- Manage vehicle taxing and toll account updates.
- Address day-to-day vehicle defects and handle telephone calls.
Accounts and Finance
In the Accounts and Finance role, you will:
- Process supplier invoices and credit notes.
- Manage bank feeds and supplier statement reconciliations.
- Prepare customer statements and conduct credit control.
- Perform general administrative and ad hoc finance duties.
